Restoration Courses

Contour Autocraft provide a range of intensive training courses aimed at those wanting to learn how to manipulate sheet metal.

They will be of special interest to professional or amateur restorers of classic cars, vintage aircraft, customisers, kit & special car builders, sculptors etc.

The techniques involved are relevant to any sheet metalwork where complex shapes and structures need to be produced or restored.

On each course you will be given countless tips gained from many years of experience in what is a highly skilled and much sought-after trade.

The courses deal with all levels of competence, from complete beginner to the experienced professional, also working with the minimum of equipment to the use of specialist machinery.

They are run with the individual in mind allowing time to ask questions particular to your needs. We limit the number of pupils so that you are given a significant amount of one to one tuition.

We have a comprehensive range of well maintained equipment to meet the needs of each course within a spacious modern workshop.

These are hands-on courses which include the relevant theory for each subject.

An illustrated manual is supplied with each course.

Each day runs from 8.30am to 4.30pm and includes lunch and refreshments.

A certificate of competence is awarded on successful completion of each course.
